Return Policy

MOST SALES ARE FINAL. Some exceptions apply, please read paragraph “Exceptions”, further down.
Our items are made-to-order. Therefore we accept no exchange, or return once your order has been sent to production.
After you placed your order, usually within 24 hours, we will send you a confirmation (please check your junk/spam inbox) that your order has been received and placed with our warehouse. From this moment, your order is considered “sent to production”.

Some frames (hardware only) and accessories may be returned at the client’s expense. Please send us an email within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product to check if your item is eligible for a return. If it is eligible, the product must be returned in the original box, in unused condition. Upon reception and inspection of the package, if your return is accepted, we will issue a refund based on your original method of payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as the item arrives, up to 5 days of receipt.
Please submit a photos and/or a videos showing the damage as well as your order number to: We will then advise on the process to follow (we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for a replacement).

Ordering covers (also named “pillowcases”)
Upon placing an order for a cover, you will receive a confirmation email of your order (please check your junk/spam inbox).
Make sure the color stated in your order as the one you selected when placing your order. Once your order goes into production, change of color is no longer possible.

The color of your printed cover may be slightly different from the color you see on our website. We try our best to stick to the same color but we cannot offer an exact color match as colors may vary due to differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on printers.
